The booking process is split into two parts. First create your tour itinerary followed by the payment process.
To create your tour itinerary, simply select the tour and date you wish to travel, enter the number of adults and children travelling and click the 'Add to Itinerary' button.
Some tours run several times a day and to make it easier for you the time options are shown next to the date. Simply pick which date/time option suits you best.
Some tours will have an hotel pick up service - if this service is available for a particular tour it will show up under the number of people travelling. If you want to take advantage of it select your pick up point.
Just repeat this simple process on all tours you wish to book.
Once you've created your itinerary click the 'Check Out and Pay' button. This jumps you onto our secure payment server where it is totally safe to enter your payment details.
Enter your details and then click the 'Make Booking Now!' button at the bottom. Please only click this once! A new page will appear for up to about 60 seconds whilst we process your reservation and forward it onto the tour companies.
It takes a bit longer to process the reservation as we digitally encrypt the reservation e-mails that we pass out to the tour operators. This means that the e-mails containing your personal details are totally secure and your credit card details cannot be detected by 'sniffer' programs, or indeed opened without a specific digital key.
Paris Tours Info do not make any charges to your credit card, nor do we store your credit card details on-line [we hold a duplicate copy as is forwarded to the tour operators]. All charges will be made to your card by each of the tour operators you book with and will be charged in Euros.
Ticket collection and tour departure points are clearly indicated on the reservation e-mails along with all local contact details you may need. If you get stuck you can always ask us!
Occasionally tours do get cancelled for reasons beyond our control and we make every effort to ensure that you know about it as soon as is practically possible and that you are offered an alternative.
